Privacy

Nothing is stored about the people we return. Officer names come from public registry data. To stop your address being returned: POST /api/opt-out {"email":"you@company.com"}. Controller, sources, legal basis and your rights: privacy notice. Contact: privacy@resolve402.dev.

Free tier (calls without payment, opted in with X-Free-Trial: 1, on /api/decision-makers and /api/company-search): to count the free calls of each caller we keep, per UTC day, a counter keyed by a salted hash of the caller's IP address (HMAC-SHA256 with a secret salt, recomputed with the date so two days cannot be linked). The IP address itself is never stored nor logged. Counters are deleted automatically 48 hours after the start of their day. Legal basis: legitimate interest (preventing abuse of a free service). Paid calls keep nothing.
