Decision makers
GET /api/decision-makers · $0.02 per call (USDC on Base or Solana, x402)
Company directors in France and the United Kingdom (CEO, président, gérant, managing director) with their probable business email, in one call. From a SIREN, a UK company number, a company name or a web domain: legal officers (official registries: RNE in France, Companies House in the UK), web domain, mail provider, latest revenue and net income (France), and a probable work email per officer from the pattern seen on the company's own pages (observed_on_site) or the common one (default_fr, default). Not SMTP-verified (verified:false). Charged only if officers are found. Nothing stored (GDPR). 20 free calls/day per IP with header X-Free-Trial: 1.
Problem solved
You have a French or British company (name, SIREN, UK company number or web domain) and need who runs it (CEO, président, gérant, DG, managing director) plus a business email to reach them.
Use cases
- Enrich a lead list of French or UK companies with the people who decide and a probable work email.
- Chain after people search or hiring signals: once you know which company to contact, get who to write to.
Input
GET /api/decision-makers?siren=<9 digits> | ?company_number=<UK Companies House number> | ?company=<name>[&country=gb] | ?domain=<domain> (domain alone: the SIREN or UK company number is read from the site's legal pages)
| Parameter | Where | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
siren | query | string | 9-digit French SIREN |
company_number | query | string | UK Companies House number: 8 digits (00445790) or 2 letters + 6 digits (SC123456) |
company | query | string | Company name (if no SIREN or company number); add country=gb for a UK company |
country | query | string | Registry for a name search: fr (default) or gb (Companies House) |
domain | query | string | Company web domain, e.g. acme.fr or acme.co.uk: alone (SIREN or UK company number read from the site's legal pages) or as a hint with the other params |
Output
Returns company (France: siren, NAF, financials; UK: country GB, company_number, sic_codes), web domain (with confidence and evidence), mail provider (Google, Microsoft 365, Proofpoint, Mimecast...), and per officer (executives first: PDG, président, gérant, DG, directoire, chief executive, managing director, then board-only members, non-executive directors and company secretaries; role_rank 1-8 and is_executive say why): name, role, probable email {address, pattern, pattern_source, confidence, evidence?, verified:false} and email_alternatives. pattern_source "observed_on_site" = the pattern was read from named addresses published on the company's own public pages (contact, legal notice, press, team; robots.txt honoured; addresses counted, never returned), confidence medium (1 address) or high (2+ concordant); "default_fr" (France) or "default" (UK) = common pattern, confidence low. Never SMTP-verified. 404 = not found, not charged.
Price
$0.02 per call. Charged only if officers are found: 404 company_not_found, no_named_officer or no_registry_id_on_site (and 503 uk_registry_unavailable) is not charged.
Free tier: 20 free calls per day per client IP (UTC day, shared with the other free-tier services), no wallet needed. Opt in with the header X-Free-Trial: 1 (or free_trial=1 in the query) and no payment header: the answer carries X-Free-Quota-Remaining, X-Free-Quota-Limit and "billing": {"free_tier": true, "remaining": N}. Without the opt-in, or past the quota, the usual 402. Paid calls never use the free quota.
